..."We had played there before and it's a really cool room," Mr. Coviello said. "We went down early and hung out during the day, so the crew could film us setting up and we went for a walk and did an interview. "It was very exciting," he added. "We sold the place out and I never dreamed of us doing that. I feel like people really love coming out and seeing us and dancing along, so it really captured our live energy. The DVD helps you feel like you're there." Many of the songs featured on "Eleven" reflect the band's love affair with Northeast Pennsylvania, from the straightforward "Pennsylvania" and "Dirt," to the singles "Coalminers" and "Old Farmers Mill." "We definitely draw influence from the region. It's a beautiful place we live in," Mr. Coviello said. "I live in Moscow, so whenever I go into Scranton, it's a beautiful drive. "Some people get sick of it, but it's a very inspiring place," he said. "Even just driving the Casey Highway, up and down the valley ... we don't really think about it when we're writing, but, obviously, it's part of our surroundings and influence." The song "Tower," for instance, is about an old structure in Madisonville Mr. Coviello said he used to jump off into water on hot summer days, and has been a familiar and favorite story for many fans. "All over, people have their own little towers, so they can relate to that," he said. Mr. Coviello said the band draws inspiration from other local music acts that he said have made NEPA proud. "I was just talking with a friend the other day about how much passionate, emotional, good music has come from this area," he said, citing musicians like Mike Quinn, Pat Finnerty, Mike Miz and groups like And The Moneynotes, The Menzingers and Rogue Chimp."
